Hello all Lacrosse Parents:
Doug Green and I are looking forward to another great Lacrosse season for the 2-4th graders.
I talked with most of you on the phone this evening but to summarize: Practices will be Mondays from 3-4 and Thursdays from 5-6 at the Elementary School fields each practice. The late start Thursday is the product of two working dad’s. Gear is available and will be handed out the first two practices.
We are working on setting up games with Bend Lacrosse kids and I will be updating you via email as to what that may look like. If we have a game during the week, it will be in lieu of a practice to keep the gathering times 2x per week.
IMPORTANT:
We have 15 kids signed up so far. There will be a cap at 24. You must have your child registered and paid through the Sisters Park and Rec District’s website before they are allowed to pick up a stick. First come first serve. We are anticipating a wave of kids signing up when they see us out at practice after school so if you are one of those who have not signed up and the limit of 24 has been reached, we will politely ask you to sign up next year.
