Your spot will be held when we receive a deposit check for $100.00. Cancellations within a month of the tournament will forfeit the deposit. No-show forfeits 100% of their registration fee.
Thank you all for your patience. This year’s tournament has grown to over 50 teams and 8 fields. So please read carefully and let me know if you have any questions or I have made a mistake.
Each team must have the Sisters Park and Rec Waiver Form completed.
Registration and check in: At tournament HQ Friday evening (4 to 7) or Saturday AM 8 to 9:30 AM. At this time you will show insurance waivers, make payment, and we will answer all questions that you may have.
Each game will start and end by horn or gun.
Each field will be manned by Sisters Outlaws players. They will keep penalty time, score and make sure water and balls are available. Your team parents are more than welcome to take over during your games.
Concessions will be available all day Saturday.

Teams:
Rules: OYLA Rules/Coaches meeting 9:45 at HQ. For those playing 11 AM slot rules meeting will be at 10:45.

Penalties: 90 second personal; 45 second technical, time commences once player takes a knee in the box (so hustle to the box)
Tie games will be decided by 1 4 minute overtime. Two four minute period maximum, then coin will be flipped unless it is the final game of the day.
Division HS JV
- 4 games – Saturday (HAVE BOTH DARK AND WHITE JERSEYS)
High School Federation Rules
Rules/Coaches meeting 9:45 at HQ. For those playing 11 AM slot rules meeting will be at 10:45.

Division HS Varsity

Ten minute running quarters, 4th quarter stop time. 1 Time out per team in the 4th quarter.
- 4 games – 2 Friday; 2 Saturday (game times 4 PM and 6 PM Friday, and 8 AM and 9 AM Saturday.)
Penalties: 90 second personal; 45 second technical, time commences once player takes a knee in the box.
Tie games will be decided by sudden death overtime. One four minute period maximum, then coin will be flipped. No timeouts in overtime.
Winner will be determined by point system - 5 points for win, 1 point for each goal scored, maximum 8 points per game, 2 points for overtime loss.
Huskies v. Tigard = 12 noon Saturday. Summit v. Tigard = 2 PM Saturday
